Rubber Sheets -
Rubber Sheets are generally offer in 1.2/1.4 M width and 10 M length upto 6 mm thickness as they are produced on Rotocuring Machines. Similarly 1 or 2 Ply Cotton/Nylon Insertion can be offered. Lesser widths can also be offered.
For more than 6 mm thickness (upto 50 mm) the Rubber Sheets can be offered in 1.2 M width and 10 M length depending on thickness as they are produced on Moulding Press. Lesser widths can also be offered.

Natural Rubber Sheets (NR/SBR)
Excellent physical properties like abrasion, low temperature resistance but poor resistance to petroleum based fluids.
 
Butyl Rubber Sheets
 
Excellent weathering resistance, chemical resistance and low permeability to air.
 
Nitrile Rubber Sheets
 
Excellent resistance to petroleum based fluids. Reasonable resistance to aromatics.
 
Neoprene Rubber Sheets
 
Good Ageing and weathering resistance. Flame retarding, Fair resistance to petroleum based fluids but not high aromatics.
 
Hypalon Rubber Sheet
Excellent weathering, ozone and acid resistance. Reasonable resistance to petroleum based fluids but not aromatics.
 
Silicone Rubber Sheet
 
Excellent high & low temperature resistance with good electrical properties.
 
Viton Rubber Sheet
 
Outstanding high temperature and oil resistance.
 
Ribbed Matting Sheet
 
One side flat or fine ribs. Other side smooth/fabric finish. Used as flooring due to antiskid properties.
 
Skirt Rubber Sheet
 

Anti Static skirt rubber used on conveyor belts as side skirts. Comes in 1.2 M width & 30 M length. Slit skirt in smaller widths can also be offered.

 
EPDM Rubber Sheet
 
Excellent resistance to weathering, steam, ozone, heat, water, vegetable oils but not to petroleum based fluids.
 
Conductive Flooring and Anti-Static Sheet
 

Rubber is bad conductor of electricity the universal truth. RP provides the right ingredients to make the rubber sheets conductive of electricity thereby providing the required antistatic properties in the area of application.
Made as per ISO 2882-1979(E) and ISO 2883-1980(E).
